ISHIMWE Fabrice
Software Engineering Student
I am a final-year Information Technology student. I build practical software for people around me and keep tightening how I design, ship, and test it. I am looking for internships, software engineering roles, ICT support work, freelance projects, and technology programs.
About
Who I am
I build for a real person on the other side — a checkout that must take MoMo, a landlord who needs a receipt, a system that should stay closed.
I am ISHIMWE Fabrice, a final-year Information Technology student at the Adventist University of Central Africa in Kigali. I work as a full-stack developer on software meant for the Rwandan market — shops, rentals, and study tools — not only classroom demos.
I am comfortable across PHP/MySQL, Java, and modern JavaScript (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS). I have also worked with mobile-money checkout (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), Linux server administration, and application security testing.
I learn by building the thing, writing down what broke, and doing the next version more carefully.
I want internships and early-career roles where I can write software, support systems, and keep getting sharper. I speak English, Kinyarwanda, French, and Swahili.
